Moose Jaw Times-Herald: Preparing for Rotary Carol Festival

Annual music festival set for Zion United Church Dec. 12-14

In 1941, local rotary club members started holding Christmas parties for seniors featuring people singing Christmas carols.


In 1945, it morphed into an official carol festival, started informally by Penny Braaten and the Moose Jaw Public School Division No. 1.
