Susin Nielsen loves writing for television, but she also loves the freedom of writing young adult novels.
“Writing for television is really fun and it’s a great job, but you’re often writing for somebody else’s vision. You’re writing for somebody else’s show,” she said.
“What I like about writing books is it’s kind of all me to a certain degree. I obviously work with really good editors … but they’re helping me realize my vision.”
