Last month, the city saw fewer building permits than it did in July 2014.
In July of this year, the City of Moose Jaw issued 27 permits valued at $2.62 million. In July 2014, the city issued 41 permits valued at $6.94 million. This is a decrease of 14 permits, or a decrease in value of $4.33 million.
Of those 27 permits issued last month, 24 were for residential construction valued at approximately $2.31 million and three were for commercial and industrial construction valued at approximately $304,130.
