Ticket sales for Kisses for Kritters aren’t where the humane society hopes they’ll end up.
“Ticket sales are a little bit slow, so we are
hoping that people are sort of waiting for a last minute thing. We do
hear that people in Moose Jaw often buy tickets at the very last
minute,” said Stephenie Campbell, promotions and outreach co-ordinator
with the Moose Jaw Humane Society. “So we’re just trying to get the
message out to reminding everyone that it’s going on.”
The
third annual humane society fundraiser, set for Thursday at the
Heritage Inn, will feature cocktails, a roast chicken dinner and dessert
followed by a performance by Elvis Presley tribute artist, Rory Allen.
