Having grown up on a farm in a small town, country music was
always in James Barker’s blood.
Now he and his band, the James Barker Band, will be one of
the acts playing along with Darius Rucker, Jon Pardi and Saskatchewan’s Jess
Moskaluke in the city that wins the One Horse Town contest in which Moose Jaw
is a finalist.
