Ted Schaeffer hired as new parks and rec director

Ted Schaeffer isn't "moving back to Moose Jaw, but I will be working in Moose Jaw," he said.
On Wednesday, the City of Moose Jaw announced that Schaeffer, who is currently the co-ordinator of sport facilities and special
events with the City of Regina, is the new parks and recreation director to begin on March 14.
"It's a great transition for me," said
Schaeffer, a longtime resident of Moose Jaw.
