When Mayor Deb Higgins watched Prime Minister Justin Trudeau unveil his Liberal cabinet, the first thing she noticed was the diversity.
“It’s quite a change from what we’ve had,
that’s for sure,” she said. “I heard the comment this morning that it’s really
more representative of the Canada that we all live in and I would agree with
that. I think it’s a very nice mix.”
