Terri Smith isn't worried about having enough food at the food bank to feed everyone in need for Christmas.
"It is always a concern after Christmas. Are
shelves going to stay full for the rest of the year? That's what
concerns me
every year," said Smith, manager of the Moose Jaw and District
Food Bank. "Thanks to the Better Together Food Drive, things
are actually looking pretty good, but this is the time of year
that we try and stock up as much food as possible because come
January, that's when donations start to go down.
"So between now and Christmas is kind of our time to stock up for the whole year."
