Resident receives large water bill, makes appeal to executive committee

Between the remote meter and the internal meter, Ghislaine Rensby's water meter readings had a discrepancy of 887 m3 on June 29, 2015.

She received a bill for more than $1,800.

"Which one is the good one? Who knows which one is the good one, the outside or the inside?" she said. "This meter probably hasn't been working for how many years. I don't know. I think with technology these days, maybe we could do a reading on the computer."
