Jaw Transition House hires life skills support worker

Every day, Lori Lancaster sees the need for
the services to help women experiencing interpersonal violence and abuse.
“Unfortunately
with Saskatchewan’s very high rate of interpersonal violence, it is definitely
a very important service to have in the community,” said Lancaster, executive
director of the Moose Jaw Transition House.
“(In Canada),
Saskatchewan has, I do believe, the highest rates of interpersonal violence
within domestic situations, which is very unfortunate.”
