Budget committee made several adjustments to the parks and
recreation capital projects.
While budget committee approved the parks and rec’s operating
budget on Friday at its proposed level of $7.54 million, councillors reallocated
funding levels for all of the department’s proposed capital projects.
This included eliminating funding for a consultant to assess
the Natatorium and the Phyllis Dewar Outdoor Pool.
