Teacher Ray Rawlyk is fondly known around Central Collegiate as “the cat
guy.”
Being involved with the Stray Cat Rescue and Protection Society (SCRAPS) in Moose Jaw, four years ago he started collecting donations from students at Central. SCRAPS focuses on vaccinations, spay and neutering, feeding and sheltering stray cats.
