William Jennings wanted to know why nothing is being done at the intersection of the Trans-Canada Highway and Ninth Avenue Northwest.
“My concern is, as a citizen, I don’t understand why
Saskatchewan … refuses to put lights on the Trans-Canada highway. I have a
friend of mine who lives in Eli, Manitoba, population 550. They have a light.
Five hundred and fifty people and they have a light on the Trans-Canada Highway
at an intersection,” he said.
