Over the next few months, there will be a portal back in time over high tea.

The Stray Cat Rescue and Protection Society (SCRAPS) is putting on a series of four high teas at Grant Hall on Sept. 13, Oct. 18, Nov. 15 and Dec. 6 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on each day.
