Five minutes can make a big difference in the life of a tree.
That’s the maximum amount of time it takes for anyone to band and grease an Elm or Maple tree.
“It’s that time of the year where the cankerworms are going to be laying their eggs,” said Daily Lennox, parks gardener with the City of Moose Jaw parks and recreation department.
