A committee’s minutes that didn’t require council approval resulted in a 15-minute discussion at council.
Coun. Candis Kirkpatrick, representative of the transportation services advisory committee, moved to receive and file the report.
Coun. Dawn Luhning asked if the notice of motion in the minutes for replacing outdated or worn our construction zone signage was in the purview of the committee.
