Moose Jaw is getting two new condo apartment units.
In August the city’s largest building permit was worth $6,000 to allow for 12 apartment condo units on the 400 block of Home Street West at a cost of $1.2 million.
The city also issued a permit worth $3,250 to Caleb Group of Companies to build a foundation for a 94-unit condo on the 900 block of Bradley Street in Westheath at a cost of $650,000.
Those were two of 37 permits issued in August worth $6.94 million. In August 2012 the city issued 43 permits worth $4.72 million.
