Foreign exchange students at a local school will receive 10 bus passes.

At Tuesday’s council meeting, councillors unanimously voted in favour of providing 10 complimentary bus passes to students in the foreign exchange program at Cornerstone Christian School for use while in Moose Jaw.

“This is something that we’ve done in the past since I’ve been on council,” said Coun. Heather Eby. “I think it’s a great way to support students who are coming here from other countries to learn and to not just learn about school but learn about our city and our country.”
