Saskatchewan BPs donating funds from sales on June 26
By Lisa Goudy
Boston Pizzas in Saskatchewan are raising funds to send disabled kids to summer camp.
In a three-year partnership with the
Saskatchewan Abilities Council, June 26 will be the first annual Boston
Pizza Day for
Camp Easter Seal. Gerry Ann Fraser, volunteer and wife of Boston
Pizza franchisee Earl Fraser in Yorkton, said the 18 Boston
Pizzas in 11 communities in Saskatchewan, including the two in
Moose Jaw, will donate 10 per cent of sales on June 26 to support
the camp.
“All of the funding for Camp Easter Seal is on
a donation basis,” said Fraser. “Camp Easter Seal is the only
wheelchair accessible
facility in Saskatchewan and kids can come to Camp Easter Seal
from all corners of the province.”
