Ice cover near Alameda expected to drop up to one metre

The Water Security Agency is stopping
water flow from the Alameda Reservoir south to Oxbow and asking nearby residents
to be aware of potential ice hazards.
The downstream ice cover will
drop up to one metre over the next week, the agency said.
