There’s a new kind of sushi available in the city.
Wednesday marked Mitsu Sweet Café’s soft opening of their
new traditional Japanese sushi bar.
“We always hoped to have a higher quality sushi in Moose
Jaw,” said Emiko Hennenfent, who runs the café.
