We always talk about the new year as the start of something new.
We make resolutions that we hope to keep. We think of beginning again, as if it’s a fresh start on life. We take a moment,
reflect on the past and focus on the future.
But oftentimes what we forget is focusing on the present and the carryover from 2013. All of this is important to our happiness
and health.
First, I’ll touch a bit on the past. The year 2013 had a lot of milestones in it for Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and for myself
personally. We can’t forget the good we have in our life.
