It’s almost depressing to look at what temperatures were like at this time last year.
I’m positive I’m not the only person who is beyond ready for spring
to actually arrive. And yet, when I woke up Thursday morning,
got ready for work and took one step outside, it was actually snowing
again.
It wasn’t snowing heavily, but being that it was April 11 it wasn’t something I wanted to see. If we were to get any sort
of precipitation at this time of year, it should be rain, and not freezing rain, either. According to the Weather Network’s
website, at this time of year in Moose Jaw the normal temperature is 11 C. Yet we have barely reached above zero yet this
year. It's easy to question if spring will ever come.
But comparisons to last year aren't productive in moving ahead. We need to focus on today and definitely hold onto the future
spring that has yet to show its lovely face.
