Moose Jaw Times-Herald: Deputy fire chief issues warning to stay off frozen rivers

Heading out on the local rivers is not advised, according to the city's deputy fire chief and emergency measures organization co-ordinator.

“We’re seeing a fair bit of water flow through the area. So the feelings are the water’s starting to degrade and certainly we wouldn’t want anyone going out on the ice,” Rod Montgomery told the Times-Herald on Thursday.
