Spring is on its way. It’s just not coming as soon as people might hope.
“Spring’s on the horizon, which is good. It’s a little bit further on the horizon for people in Eastern Canada,” said Dayna Vettese, meteorologist with The Weather Network. “We are going to see spring. It’ll just be pushed back a few weeks in March, but going into April and May, spring will be there.”
She added it would be a chilly start to spring.
