Leader-Post: BlackBerry blackouts hit North America


BlackBerry troubles spread to North American users on Wednesday, but according to a SaskTel spokeswoman, users in Saskatchewan understand the difficulties.
 
 
 
 
 
Latest Update on Oct. 13: Service is restored.

A Research In Motion BlackBerrydevice is shown on Oct. 12, 2011 in Chicago,
 Illinois. A three-day disruption of service that has previously affected users in
Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India has now spread to customers in North
America. Customers are experiencing patchy email service and receiving no
accessto browsing or messaging.
