Mosaic Place and Yara Centre has posted a profit of $25,501
for 2016, however Brian Swanson said there is more to the story.
“On paper it did (show a profit), but you have to remember
that there was $900,000 came from the city and $400,000 of that (was)
unbudgeted. It was razor thin,” said Swanson, board chair of the interim
Downtown Facility and Fieldhouse (DFFH) board. “If you gave me a whole bunch of
extra money, I can show a profit too,” he said.
