“I was going
nowhere in life and I was smoking and I was drinking and I was being
unhealthy,” said Adams, who was born and raised in Regina. “I got sick of the
lifestyle I was living … I just thought, ‘There has to be more to life than
this.’”
Slowly, he
started making changes in his life by going for a run, quitting smoking and
eating healthier.
