Moose Jaw Times-Herald: ER room to open Tuesday at Wigmore hospital

All patients to be moved by the end of Wednesday

As of 7:30 a.m. today, the emergency room is operational at the new hospital.

"In the old hospital, everything went through that front door, the main entrance. Here there's three entrances depending on what you're coming for ... Definitely having direct access to the emergency room and not having to go through general admitting first, that's going to speed things up," said Kyle Matthies, vice-president of corporate strategy and communications with the Five Hills Health Region.
