Attention wizarding folk and muggles!

It hardly feels like a month since my sister Meghan and I were in Toronto for Fan Expo Canada.

While there, we had a blast at the convention and visiting our cousin. You can read more about our experience in my Moose Jaw Times-Herald column, Mischief managed at Fan Expo Canada.

As any Harry Potter fan could have guessed by the title of my column, we are massive Harry Potter fans. From the minute we first began to read the first book of seven in the series by J.K. Rowling, we were pulled into that magical world, a realm we have never truly left. 

This fascination continued with the release of the eight Harry Potter films starring Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson. The last book was split into two movies and we love all of them to pieces.

Four Harry Potter stars were in Toronto for the pop culture convention that ran from Sept. 3 to Sept. 6 - Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) and James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley). We had the pleasure of meeting them all and sitting in on their panels. They were all so friendly and it was a dream come true to meet them. It was a dream come true.
