Roy Champion first joined the Elks of Canada 31 years ago when he was transferred to Sexsmith, Alta. “The Elks was the only game in town. So you joined,” said Champion who was raised and now lives in Moose Jaw again. “Through
the good fortune of transfers, everywhere I got sent after that there was a lodge and I transferred my membership and the
