A little bit of rain didn’t stop people from coming out to the 38th annual Motif festival on Friday.
A dozen groups representing 19 cultures were set up at the festival at Happy Valley Park, located at the corner of Oak Street and Wolfe Avenue Northeast. The festival, which runs until Sunday, consists of food, dance, music and artwork.
