Someone in Saskatchewan is a lucky winner — and it's looking like it might be someone in Moose Jaw.
“At this point, what we can confirm is that the $30-million jackpot was won by a single ticket,” said Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) spokesperson Andrea Marantz.
