Resident concerns not enough to sway majority of council

Bob Lys was the second resident to speak to council about his concerns regarding the rezoning of the prior Grandview United Church at 722-10th Ave. S.W.

“The property located south of Spadina Street towards the air base, there’s a project that’s been approved for the development of 300 or 400 units out in that area,” said Lys.
